While the seat will likely go to Marcia Kaptur in this heavily blue district, I take comfort in the fact that Joe the Plumber is speaking his mind. Unless, of course, I imagined what he said and somehow it's all the fault of ___________ (insert name of liberal person or entity responsible).
You still don't get the "voices in your head" concept. It isn't that you can't find some idiot somewhere saying something stupid. It is a voice in your head because it isn't someone saying that thing right here in this conversation. You keep expecting me, or someone here, to explain/defend what wasn't said here - but by some idiot over there. That is the voice in your head you are arguing with because you aren't actually engaging with the people here.

Now, now, juris. It's hard to for Mark to think when all the Voices keep murmuring and fussing like they do. You wouldn't make much sense, either, if you had to listen to that cacophony.

ReplyDeleteWhen you put it that way...
If you are going to point to a particular example of something you wish to ridicule or disagree with, perhaps you may actually address what and why you ridicule and disagree with it.
