Mark,Is there an actual link to something that talks about 3.5 (million?) small business tax cuts? That link you posted sure doesn't.
Weird. The Times Blog link worked last night. Now it's dead. Ah well...I put in a new link that has a much more thorough explanation.
I'm just glad you fixed the typo. I was getting way too much amusement out of tax cuts for 3 1/2 businesses.
