I'm still waiting (and so is Guard Duck, apparently) for retractions from Kevin Baker on the out and out lies in the image he put up last Sunday. Since he can't be bothered to check the veracity of those statements, I will offer another link which demonstrates that the list contained in the image likely originated in this very much false Columbo email which made the rounds TWO YEARS AGO.
Foreign student aid' as a college student? Nope. April Fool's Day Hoax.
Foreign Passport in Pakistan? Nope. Complete BS.
The Birth Certificates? Proved time and again to be real.
Michelle can't practice law? Not true. The Illinois bar lists her as being voluntarily inactive. (The president is listed as voluntarily retired)
Michelle has 22 assistants? No.Actually, she has 24 and Laura Bush had 18.
College Records? Well, as FactCheck notes, this would be illegal under federal law ((the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974). This, along with the medical records, is odd coming from the far right as they are supposed to be champions of right to privacy.
Oh, and he never did a thesis at Columbia so it's not sealed.

Selective service registration? Yep. Right here courtesy of (wait for it) Volokh and Pajamas Media!
Law practice client list? Uh...anyone every heard of attorney-client privilege? Again, the right to privacy thing apparently only applies to libertarians, not statists like Barack Obama.
All that leaves is the baptism record which I'd put under the birth certificate category.
So, there you have it. One giant list of complete lies and Kevin has yet to retract a single one.

Ehh, Mark still has no reading comprehension. Kevin's post asked a question about what passport Obama traveled to Pakistan on. Mark claims his link proves "foreign passport" is "complete BS", but it does no such thing. It shows that he could have used an American passport, not that he actually did so. Mark's summary of his link: complete BS. Oh yes, it's highly probably that he did use an American passport, but there's no proof one way or the other.
Since his college records are sealed, we have no idea what they show about student aid or anything else. Mark lies when he says that
it's illegal to release such records. That's also complete BS. It's illegal to release such records without a signed release from B.O. There's a big fucking difference between the two statements. 0bama can make them public whenever the fuck he wishes to. He doesn't wish to. That's his right. It's also other people's right to wonder why he doesn't.
I'm not a lawyer, but I don't quite buy Mark's assertion that attorney-client privilege protects even the existence of such a relationship from being known. I'm pretty damn sure that isn't anywhere near as ironclad as Mark makes out. Given Mark's long track record of distortions, misrepresentations, and/or his own basic misunderstandings, I'd willingly place a good-sized wager that he's talking out of his ass again.
Illinois Senate records and schedules? Well, I sure as hell can't find Zerobama's schedule there. Maybe Mark didn't really read that link, either? I can find many, many votes of "Present", though. He was GUTSY!

Y'know, disgusted, if this was meant as a serious analysis of the facts, you would have included all the other items on the list that Kevin (and the Barack X creators) got completely wrong. Mark, you didn't admit which ones of Kevin's graphic were true. You attacked the ones that are wrong, plus some others you apparently think are wrong, but are actually still open questions. So why is it okay for you to only address some, but it's wrong for someone to do the same to you? If high standards are good, do you think double standards must be better?
I expect it will soon be time to for you to deploy the "Projection! Distraction! Flipping!" mantra to avoid admitting that some of your links don't say what you thought they said, and that your arguments are built on a foundation of sand.

Rather than simply offer a link with a list explaining how these items were false, I was asked to go item by item and explain how they were wrong or misleading. I did so. I went through every list item in the image and offered explanations for each. All of them, in one way or another, were inaccurate. That includes the examples of college transcripts, medical records, and client records which, while technically true, don't really tell the whole story (a lie by omission). They are weasel examples meant to intimate that the president has something to hide when we all know that those are private records. Again, I must ask both of you, if you are against government intrusion in people's private lives, why do you support this?
I have yet to see either of you go through the complete list and indicate where the points were wrong given the evidence I have offered. Instead, you have chosen a few of the weasel ones, ignored the items that were bullshit lies, and (yet again) engaged in ad hominem with this...

You certainly never acknowledged that Kevin was correct in any of assertions, and for "proof" you posted a link consisting of a search engine term that returned hundreds of links, most of them repetitive and many not touching on many questions at all. You didn't refute all of Kevin's questions because you were apparently too intellectually sloppy, lazy, or intellectually challenged to understand that some of your links didn't say what you claimed they said. Now you must distract, deny, obfuscate.

Your first link was a fucking search engine term, and as far as I could tell at a quick look-see through the first few pages of results, some of the questions of Kevin's graphic weren't addressed at all. Many of the hits were duplicates. Second, I don't recall anyone demanding that you to go through the complete list, just that you do something a little less completely lazy than posting a search engine term.
