Like hell. You may expect to pay in, but you fully expect to receive a lot more value than you put in. And you expect the poor to pay little or nothing, and get equal treatment. Both you and the poor both want to sponge off someone else, but you console yourself that you're really looking out for the poor, not just yourself.

But that isn't what the PPACA did, is it?

If that's all you want, Mark, then why not just be allowed to spend your own fucking money on your own fucking health care? Without having to pay for all the overhead in a government bureaucracy? Hint: Of every $1 in taxes paid, significantly less will actually be spent on what you want, the rest will be eaten by overhead. Why not eliminate the middleman? Answer (as already laid out by Dr.F.): Mark doesn't just want his own taxes spent on his health care, he fully expects "the rich" to chip in quite a bit more. In other words, at the personal level, this graphic is an outright lie being used to justify theft.
