A little sleep, a little slumber,
a little folding of the hands to rest,
and poverty will come upon you like a robber,
and want like an armed man.

— Proverbs 6:10–11

A slack hand causes poverty,
but the hand of the diligent makes rich.

— Proverbs 10:4

Poverty and disgrace come to him who ignores instruction,
but whoever heeds reproof is honored.

— Proverbs 13:18

In all toil there is profit,
but mere talk tends only to poverty.

— Proverbs 14:23

Love not sleep, lest you come to poverty;
open your eyes, and you will have plenty of bread.

— Proverbs 20:13

The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance,
but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.

— Proverbs 21:5

Be not among drunkards
or among gluttonous eaters of meat,
for the drunkard and the glutton will come to poverty,
and slumber will clothe them with rags.

— Proverbs 23:20–21

A little sleep, a little slumber,
a little folding of the hands to rest,
and poverty will come upon you like a robber,
and want like an armed man.

— Proverbs 24:33–34

Whoever works his land will have plenty of bread,
but he who follows worthless pursuits will have plenty of poverty.

— Proverbs 28:19

Hmmm, there seems to be some sort of pattern here…

Just what argument are you twisting around in order to get to the 'blames poverty on the poor' point?

I swear you reading comprehension is so poor you could read 'see spot run' and then report that the story is about carpet stains....
