Good Grief...

If the president wins, I shudder to think what some of these folks will do.

Better or worse than what these folks say they will do if Romney wins?

I believe, that there should be a test, administered to each voter, that asks one relevant question as it relates to the constitution. The question for this year should be, "how are electoral votes determined, and how many are in the state you are voting in?" As I watched this, I couldn't help but wonder if these people had any idea that . . . Romney could very well win the popular vote, but lose the decisive electoral vote. Their brains will short circuit.

Chuck:

Asking any question relevant to voter intelligence would guarantee a Republican win. The Democrats won't even allow proof of identity as a condition of voting, and you want IQ tests?

There goes one (or more) (D) votes under your plan...

I think it's interesting that you assume I was taking a side with my comment. My intent was more broad-based. The one thing made most obvious through this election season, is the breadth of ignorance that pervades within our voting public. I suppose it has always been there, to greater and lesser degrees, but with the advent and subsequent growth of our social connections and outlets . . . well, it just frustrates me that indeed, a VERY HIGH percentage of the electorate base their votes on something other than independent thought.

I also viewed "Obamaphone", or Obamacash," and did so prior to my post. My question to you? . . . do you actually think the people in "Obamaphone," actually vote? You attempt to compare one group, with the other, and really, all you did was reinforce my point. I don't fear people who know they are ignorant . . . I fear the voter who is ignorant and doesn't know it. Your "Obamaphone" reply post also makes you out to be racist. Hey,why not stay true to the righty stereotype. Surely you could have found an example of ingorant white Dems; there are plenty of those as well.

. . . and Michelle Obama's video has no correlation to this thread. I suppose you can attempt to make her out as unpatriotic . . . like what, she's bad for the country, based on her comment? . . . your reaching.
