The Continuing Saga of Adolescents

Check out Sean Davis's piece on the recent National Climate Assessment. A fine and illustrative example of adolescent behavior in many, many ways. Why are there people that actually take these people seriously?

Rather than discuss the actual science, they’d rather marginalize anyone who disagrees with their policy prescriptions.

Prima facie

Who is unwilling to discuss the actual science?

Who's marginalizing?

Produce a list of credentialed scientists that are being oppressed.

marginalizing /= oppressed.

So, no list then?

Appeal to authority much?

There is more than a consensus that the climate on earth is dynamic. It changed - sometimes radically - long before man ever burned his first piece of wood let alone coal or petroleum product.

That change continues. To date, no one has identified how much man has changed the climate over and above the 'natural' level of change.

Those who scream about how this is going to be catastrophic just also happen to be the people that bought into Erlich's bullshit a generation ago.
