Who Knows More About The Constitution?

And what authority! The Lightbringer has such a tremendous record of published papers on Constitutional law. Right? Right?

Let me place here a quote:

So, if read and comprehend this statement we would see that the author definitely disagrees with our esteemed host as too whom knows more about the Constitution.

Yet! Yet this very same quote was upvoted by Mark where it appears on Quora.

I am at a loss. Could it possibly be that Mark is incapable of reading comprehension and didn't actually comprehend what the author was stating? Does Mark not know the difference between what he contends and an opposing contention?

I vote yes.
