Voices in My Head

Evidence the illogic, hypocrisy, and coercion of the state's secular "neutrality." Western democracies continue to head towards demanding ultimate allegiance to the state. Any who refuse will be eventually treated as the enemies of peace and unity--(Reverend Jim, Facebook friend).

Man, we still have a long way to go in this country...

For those of you late to the game, and because Mark has decided not to interact with commenter's anymore, an explanation.

A "voice in his head" was coined by commenter's to describe Mark's arguing points with those commenter's that they had never uttered. He would take something, such as this gem from somewhere else and ascribe such views to those he used to interact with. He would be told that he was arguing with a voice in his head, not an actual point presented to him.

Of course, he twisted that concept as well. Now presenting any frivolous idea as a 'voice in his head' to somehow prove that these ideas are not something he made up. Without recognizing, of course, that wasn't the point to begin with.

Not for lack of trying on the part of you and the loony left.

And of course, while M loves to argue with the voices in his head, he ignores the bullshit, large and small, that pours forth from the Obama Administration on a daily basis.

I give you the First Lady's latest proof that she is the black version of Jenny McCarty - an utter airhead.

Is this harmful to the country? Of course not. Neither is it useful - as M assures us that EVERY thing emanating from his Holy One and his Administration is the case. Not once has M said "this is a stupid thing Obama wants to do". He would die before uttering those words.

Now, aside from the utter absurdity of this campaign, my objection is that there is a Senior Policy Advisor on Nutrition that has ZERO background in the subject. He is a history grad that became a chef - no argument there. Then because he was an assistant WH chef who gains personal political favor with a patron[esse], he is ennobled to become an advisor. ON THE FUCKING FEDERAL PAYROLL. He is spouting this inane shit on MY (AND YOUR) tax dollars.

Unlike the JI in M's head, this is not because I object to ALL govt - it is precisely because I believe that govt is necessary. However a govt that attempts to be all things to all people cannot possibly be good at the smaller number of things it is absolutely necessary for govt to do. Will M ever acknowledge this simple concept? No, he will just continue to say that I irrationally hate all govt. And then he has the absolute chutzpah to accuse me and others of being childish and dishonest and only wanting to win.

No, no, no, . You've just damned yourself as a pathological hater of government because you complained about a sliver of it. Then you had the temerity to actually deny that you're a pathological hater of government. Denial is the ultimate proof! I'll bet you're not racist, sexist, homo-trans-or-bi-phobic, either. Right?

Prediction by "Reverend Jim":

Any who refuse will be eventually treated as the enemies of peace and unity

Markadelphia:

their willful ignorance, granite intransigence, and moonbattery has gotten so bad lately that I have realized it's utterly pointless to have discussions with them.

More frustrating (and highly immature) is their refusal to accept that they are the ones at fault combined with their insistence that I am actually the problem.

I wonder if Mark has ever pointed "Reverend Jim" to Markadelphia to see that Mark is already saying what Jim predicted.

You are correct, I am forgetting that M is omniscient and knows my own thoughts and feelings better than I do - even when his knowledge of me runs contrary to what I say.

Let me fall to my knees and beg forgiveness and redemption.

I'm actually finding Mark's non-participation to be quite refreshing.

He posts his spiel, we get to refute it. Without trying to convince him or pin him down or show his contradictions. Take away all his hand waving, misdirection, topic shifting and straw men and things become much more clear.
