So theocratic principles enforced by government are okay when it's your very selective interpretation of "Democratic Jesus" theocracy? "Leftboro Baptist Church", indeed.

Democratic Jesus! I love it!

I wonder if Democratic Jesus' followers are allowed to 'think'. Which items in the Bible are they allowed to follow or not on their own decision?

Well, there's your problem, GD. There is no Democratic Jesus. Only Jesus. The problem is that the Republicans think there is only a Republican Jesus and that their vision of Christ is the ONLY one, ignoring large portions of the Bible because it suits their ideology.

That is precious coming from you.

Annnnnnnd.....

weren't you just all up in arms about some certain segments of certain religions and certain parts of their respective holy books that in your opinion should be ignored?

Wait - I guess it's ok to ignore large portions of the Bible if its those portions you (and apparently Democrat Jesus) thinks are the right portions to ignore.

Because Mark thinks that him and Democrat Jesus are the only ones following the parts of the Bible that are 'right'.

Again - logic is not your forte.

Didn't you hear Mark? There is only Jesus as interpreted by Democrats (or Christian Socialists in Europe). Other views are heresies from the one true faith, and those right-wing religious Republicans are the worst of the muddled masses of heretic scum.
