Is this another thing like being a critic of social security but still receiving benefits?
Like maybe he was against the stimulus, but after it was passed he's just supposed to ignore it? Hell, if he didn't support his own constituents applications you would've criticized him for being the party of no, putting ideology ahead of his state and obstructing Obamas recovery efforts.

Did you read the letters, GD? If he just did it because it passed, that would be one thing. His words in the letters say otherwise.
