Our series on racism in political parties takes a positive turn today with this question.

You are obsessing about less than 10% of white (Dem/Rep) voters. So what is your thesis - that 90% of independent whites are racists?
I wonder what this does to M's thesis about the Old South being hopelessly racist and mired in the past? The Cities Where African-Americans Are doing Best Economically. Shockingly, 13 of the top 15 (out of 52) are in Dixie, while Minneapolis-St. Paul is 44, San Francisco-Oakland is 48, Milwaukee is 52. "Liberal" California pretty much sucks in general.
