Nary a Peep

So, let me see if I have this straight. Schaeffer Cox, Lonnie and Karen Vernon (along with others) conspired to kill an IRS employee as well as a US District judge and Peter King isn't investigating? It seems to me this is terrorism, right? Given that the Vernons are part of the "Sovereign Citizens" Group I would think hat there should be some sort of committee set up to investigate some of these very clear threats. Oh, and I guess they wanted to kill some state troopers as well. And the family members of the IRS agent, the judge and the troopers.

I'm surprised, readers. We had a lot of links pointing to plots that evil Muslims were about to carry out yet nary a peep on this one. Hmm...

"The federal indictment for Lonnie Vernon, released last week, mentions his past dealings with Beistline as a possible motivation for plotting to kill him."

Well that sounds pretty run of the mill criminal more than plot to overthrow the govt or terrorize the populace (of rural Alaska).

"Much of the evidence against Cox and his associates came from secret FBI recordings, according to the document."

It will be interesting to see if this is like a number of the cases against supposed radical Islamists - where the govt informant is also the main instigator.

But they believed they were some kind of militia - so that makes it all the fault of conservatives and libertarians and anyone else that doesn't pray at Leftboro Baptist, doesn't it M?

We had a lot of links about Muslims doing bad things because you said that Muslims don't do bad things. If you had said sovereign citizens movement people don't do bad things then you might have heard a peep about this.

No you didn't! You said ALL Muslims were suicidal terrorists. And YOU said that no white man has ever wanted to kill anyone, EVER!
